On Feb 25-26th we took 25 youngsters from Lighthouse Juniors for a residential at Aylmerton Field Study Centre. Team building activities included an assault course, acid river, spider web challenge and defusing bombs! In the afternoon we had a 4 mile trail around Felbrigg where we had to avoid monsters with super soakers! We were back at Felbrigg in the evening for a nature night walk and storytime at the church before heading back to base for hot chocolate. On Sunday morning (after limited amounts of sleep!) we did more team challenges and den building. For many youngsters it was their first night away from home, a good time was had by all with one child describing it as epic!
